As the co-founder of C2 Realty Group, LLC, Terry features an extensive 7+ year background within the industry and has cultivated a rich understanding of the local buying, selling, short-sale, and marketing processes that guarantee a positive experience for every one of her clients.
Growing up in a small town with a big family (with South New Jersey being her second home), Terry has always been an altruistic person who valued helping others achieve success both personally and professionally. With this as her innate base, it became the catalyst for her to begin working in the Finance industry while simultaneously earning a BA from The University of South Florida. Over the course of 12+ years, Terry proactively supported numerous internal bankers, external wealth management, and business clients on achieving their bottom-line objectives. Since then, Terry leveraged that dynamic history to become a seasoned Realtor with a GRI Designation, a venture that sparked after getting married in 2013 and moving to Tampa. Even more, Terry is now a licensed Broker and a relocation specialist alongside her wife at C2 Realty Group, LLC, and every effort she does is targeted to help others spearhead this next chapter of their lives.
As a progressive Broker driven by passion, nothing makes Terry happier than being able to put her buyers into their dream homes and obtain top dollar for every seller listing. She has a genuine love for her career and demonstrates that by not only being a Broker, but also a mentor and friend along the way.
